How to make the most of your time before the event
  • Book a hotel with a discount and plan your transfer. Use our partners' service to save significantly.
  • Define 3-5 key goals for your visit (finding a supplier, analyzing competitors, attending a specific conference).
  • Study the list of participants and create a shortlist of booths (up to 15-20)
  • Schedule meetings with key contacts in advance. On average, you can conduct 5 to 10 meaningful negotiations per exhibition day. Therefore, plan to attend all 3 days. Come with partners and colleagues to manage everything
  • Register in advance and print (or save) your badge for quick entry

Plan your route and prepare your tools
  • Download the official AGRAVIA exhibition app

  • Study the exhibition floor plan and plan your route according to your shortlist
  • Select up to 3 business events/conferences to attend
  • Prepare a 1-minute elevator pitch about your company and its objectives
  • Prepare business cards (in sufficient quantity) and a notebook/tablet
STAGE 3
Visit day
What to do at the booths to get results
  • Arrive on time (preferably for the opening)
  • Strictly follow your planned route, visiting key booths first
  • At the booths: ask specific questions related to your goals (not general ones)
  • Collect only necessary information (catalogs) and record contacts immediately after the conversation (e.g., in a CRM or app)
  • Take brief notes on the potential of each contact
STAGE 4
After the visit
1-3 days later
The key stage – turning contacts into contracts
  • Systematize the collected business cards and notes.
  • Send a follow-up to all key contacts.
  • Analyze the goals achieved (what worked, what didn't).
  • Distribute an internal report to colleagues/management about new products and potential partners.
