As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding Agravia's international reach, we introduced the International Visitors Lounge for our foreign delegates this year. The response surpassed all projections. Throughout the trade show, the lounge operated as a high-intensity networking hub, facilitating continuous meetings between companies from different parts of the world. For us, this confirmed that Agravia is becoming the go-to platform for cross-border agribusiness connections.

A key milestone in this year's international agenda was the launch of the Embassy Hour. This unique initiative provided a direct channel for dialogue between agribusiness leaders and official diplomatic representatives.

Official Participating Nations:

The Kingdom of Bahrain, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Malaysia, the Kingdom of Thailand, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the Republic of Tunisia.

The geographic reach extended even further. Beyond the official participants, the exhibition welcomed individual visits from representatives of the embassies of:

• The Republic of Turkey
• The Argentine Republic
• The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

These Government-to-Business (G2B) meetings proved to be a dynamic and highly relevant format within the broader business ecosystem of the exhibition. In the lounge aisles and meeting zones, discussions covered export opportunities, cross-border investments, and joint ventures—real business between real partners from around the world.

The Embassy Hour demonstrated that when business leaders and diplomats share a platform, opportunities multiply. But more importantly, Agravia proved once again that it is the place where the agribusiness community of Eurasia gathers — to connect, to negotiate, and to grow together.

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen Russia-China cooperation, Agros Expo Group organized a specialized business visit for a high-profile Chinese delegation to two of Russia's premier agricultural academic institutions.

• Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology – MVA named after K.I. Skryabin
• Peoples' Friendship University of Russia – PFUR named after Patrice Lumumba

The delegation included:

• Mr. Ma Chuang – Deputy General Director of the China Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine
• Mr. He Xiongkui – Director of the Chemical Application Technology Center and the College of Agricultural Unmanned Systems

The guests toured research facilities, laboratories, and academic programs, gaining first-hand insight into Russia's scientific and educational infrastructure in the agricultural sector. The primary objective: knowledge exchange and strengthening international ties in veterinary medicine, biotechnology, and agricultural innovation.

This year's event marked a significant leap in our global reach. Over the three exhibition days, we were honored to host 15 official foreign delegations. In a major milestone, we welcomed representatives from Southeast Asia (ASEAN) for the first time. And this is just the beginning of our strategic expansion.

Key partners of the business program included the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Genomic Center of the National Research Centre "Kurchatov Institute", the Skolkovo Foundation, the RUSSOFT Association, Agropromtsifra JSC, the ANO "Federal Center for Unmanned Aerial Systems", alongside leading industry experts and developers of solutions for the agro-industrial complex.
