AGRAVIA: International Agricultural Trade Fair for Production and Processing Technologies

No. 1 in Russia by indoor exhibition area, number of exhibiting companies, business programme events and speakers
AGRAVIA is held annually in January at Crocus Expo in Moscow and spans over 60,000 sqm of indoor exhibition space.

The trade fair covers the full agricultural production and processing chain, bringing together technologies and solutions for crop production, livestock and poultry farming, feed production, animal health, agricultural machinery, storage, logistics and agricultural processing.
AGRAVIA covers field crops, potato, vegetable and fruit production, horticulture and landscaping, dairy and beef cattle, pig and poultry farming, feed production, animal nutrition and veterinary solutions. Processing technologies are integrated throughout the exhibition sectors, from storage and primary processing to advanced processing of crop and livestock products.

Advanced technologies for agriculture — including digital solutions, artificial intelligence, robotics, automation and biotechnology — are presented at the co-located iAGRI trade fair, which complements AGRAVIA with a dedicated focus on agri-tech innovation and smart farming.

AGRAVIA brings together around 1,000 exhibiting companies and 30,000 agribusiness professionals from Russia and international markets.

The next AGRAVIA trade fair will take place on 20–22 January 2027 at Crocus Expo in Moscow.
A PLATFORM FOR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

AGRAVIA 2026 in Numbers: Exhibition Scale and Professional Audience

AGRAVIA 2026 occupied 57,200 sq. m of exhibition space at Crocus Expo in Moscow. The trade fair brought together 953 exhibitors from 32 countries and welcomed 27,215 agribusiness professionals from all regions of Russia and 58 countries, as well as 15 international business delegations.

This scale gives exhibitors the opportunity to present their technologies and solutions to agricultural producers, processors, agribusiness holdings, distributors and other industry professionals from across Russia and international markets within three days. For visitors, AGRAVIA provides a comprehensive overview of agricultural technologies, suppliers and industry expertise in one place.

AGRAVIA Has Grown for Seven Consecutive Years, with Exhibition Space Increasing More Than Fivefold

From 2020 to 2026, AGRAVIA grew from 11,500 sq. m to 57,200 sq. m, while the number of exhibitors increased from 320 to 953 and professional attendance grew from 8,086 to 27,215 visitors.

For 2027, Agros Expo Group expects AGRAVIA to reach around 60,000 sq. m of exhibition space, 1,000 exhibitors and 30,000 professional visitors.

What AGRAVIA Covers: Five Specialized Exhibition Sectors

AGRAVIA covers the full agricultural production and processing chain through five specialized exhibition sectors. Each sector is built around a specific part of the agricultural value chain, allowing exhibitors to reach targeted professional audiences while giving visitors a structured overview of technologies and suppliers.
a:livestock & poultry— Livestock, Pig and Poultry Production. Technologies for dairy and beef cattle, pig and poultry farming, from genetics and breeding to farm equipment, feeding systems and processing solutions. The sector also covers housing systems, milking equipment, manure management, farm construction, forage production and harvesting, and animal protein processing technologies.

a:feed & health — Feed and Animal Health. Feed, feed ingredients, feed additives, concentrates, premixes, feeding technologies, veterinary products and vaccines, biosecurity solutions, cleaning and disinfection products, pest control solutions, feed mill equipment and laboratory equipment.

a:field crops — Field Crop Production. Agrotechnical and agrochemical solutions for grains, oilseeds, legumes, forage crops, industrial crops and specialty field crops. The sector includes agricultural machinery and equipment, seeds and plant breeding, plant protection products and fertilizers, post-harvest handling, storage and logistics, spare parts and consumables, processing equipment and agricultural construction.

a:potato, fruit & veg — Potato, Vegetable and Fruit Production. Technologies for the production, storage and processing of potatoes, open-field and protected vegetables, fruit and berries. The sector covers planting material, machinery and equipment, cultivation technologies, storage, sorting, packaging, processing and logistics.

a:horti & landscape — Ornamental Horticulture, Nurseries and Landscaping. Technologies, equipment and planting material for ornamental horticulture, floriculture, nurseries, garden centres and landscaping. The sector covers ornamental plants and flowers, nursery production, garden machinery and equipment, green retail, urban landscaping, landscape architecture and design.
Agricultural processing technologies are integrated across all five AGRAVIA sectors rather than presented as a separate category. Processing solutions are positioned alongside the technologies used to produce the relevant agricultural raw materials.

Why AGRAVIA Covers the Full Agricultural Value Chain in One Place

AGRAVIA brings together technologies across the full agricultural production and processing chain in one place. Five exhibition halls at Crocus Expo feature agricultural machinery, seeds and plant protection products, greenhouse technologies, livestock and poultry genetics and equipment, feed and veterinary solutions, storage systems and processing technologies.
This format is especially valuable for diversified farms and agribusiness holdings operating across several production segments. Instead of visiting multiple sector-specific events in different cities and at different times of the year, companies can evaluate technologies for crop production, livestock farming, storage and processing during a single visit to AGRAVIA.
Company executives, chief agronomists, livestock specialists, veterinarians, chief engineers and other professionals can work simultaneously with suppliers and technologies relevant to their areas while remaining within one integrated business platform.

Strategic timing is another important advantage of AGRAVIA. Held annually in January, the trade fair takes place before the start of the main agricultural production season, when companies are planning investments, evaluating technologies and preparing for the coming production cycle.
This timing allows exhibitors to engage customers during the planning and budgeting phase, while visitors can compare suppliers and solutions before major procurement and modernization decisions are finalized.
“
AGROS (AGRAVIA since 2026) is Russia’s No. 1 trade fair for livestock farming and, most importantly, it is designed for industry professionals, analysts and experts.

According to the 2026 visitor survey, 56% represent agricultural producers and processors, 38% represent manufacturers and suppliers of technologies, equipment and other agricultural solutions, and 14% represent service, consulting and related companies.
AGRAVIA attracts a highly qualified professional audience with strong purchasing influence: 84% of visitors make or influence investment and purchasing decisions, 58% hold management positions, and a further 30% are specialized professionals.
Overall, 99% of AGRAVIA visitors are agribusiness professionals.

What AGRAVIA Visitors Are Looking For: Technology Demand by Sector

Visitors could select multiple areas of interest in the survey, so the percentages exceed 100%. The figures below show the scale of the professional audience interested in each technology category.
Demand is strong across both crop and livestock sectors. Agricultural machinery, seeds and plant protection, grain storage and processing, potato, vegetable and fruit production, horticulture and protected cultivation attract thousands of professional visitors.
At the same time, livestock production, feed, animal nutrition, veterinary solutions and related technologies form an equally substantial part of visitor demand.
Both the crop production and livestock sectors individually attract five-figure professional audiences at AGRAVIA.

How the Exhibition Is Organised and What Special Areas Are Available

AGRAVIA 2027 will occupy five halls in Pavilion 3 at Crocus Expo: Halls 13, 14 and 15 on the first floor, and Halls 17 and 18 on the third floor.
The exhibition layout is structured around technological links between sectors, with related solutions located close to each other to strengthen cross-traffic between professional audiences. For example, forage production technologies are integrated with the livestock sector, while vegetable processing solutions are positioned alongside potato and vegetable production technologies.

In addition to the main exhibition, AGRAVIA features several dedicated industry, business and networking areas.
  • AgroCampus & Career
A dedicated platform of more than 350 sq. m focused on talent development and career opportunities in the agricultural sector. The programme includes practical company case studies, meetings with HR teams from agribusiness companies, career consultations, masterclasses and professional exhibition tours for university students and agricultural school classes. The platform also supports early career guidance through agricultural competitions for school students. Following the launch of the All-Russian “Potato Boom!” competition in 2025, the initiative expanded in 2026 and was joined by the new “Vegetable Boom!” project in partnership with the Federal Scientific Centre for Vegetable Growing. Participants gain practical experience across the full crop production cycle, from planting material to modern crop nutrition and protection technologies.
  • International Visitors Lounge
A dedicated platform for international B2B networking and cross-border business contacts. In 2026, the Lounge hosted Embassy Hour G2B meetings with representatives from Bahrain, Mauritania, Malaysia, Thailand, Pakistan and Tunisia. The platform was also visited by representatives of the embassies of Turkey, Argentina and Saudi Arabia. As part of the Networking Without Borders programme, dedicated meetings were held with business representatives from India, ASEAN countries, Nigeria and Vietnam.
  • House of Potato
A joint project with the Russian Potato Union combining business, demonstration and culinary formats. The programme includes roundtables, meetings with retail chains, industry negotiations and masterclasses. Variety tastings are accompanied by expert commentary from plant breeders, creating a practical platform for dialogue between producers, suppliers, retailers and other participants in the potato value chain.
  • Competence Centre
A dedicated area bringing together industry unions and associations, relevant departments of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, affiliated organisations and expert companies. Visitors can receive individual consultations on government support measures, federal agricultural information systems and other practical aspects of doing business in the agricultural sector.
Together, these dedicated areas complement the main trade fair by creating additional opportunities for business networking, professional development, international cooperation and access to industry expertise.

AGRAVIA Business Programme: A Major Agribusiness Forum for Industry Dialogue and Expertise

AGRAVIA combines the scale of an international agricultural trade fair with an extensive business and technical programme. In 2026, the programme featured 147 events across 13 conference halls and 788 speakers, including executives and leading specialists from agricultural enterprises and agribusiness holdings, industry experts, professional unions and associations, research organisations and government bodies.
The programme focuses on practical issues facing modern agribusiness, including agricultural production and processing technologies, economics and investment, digitalisation and automation, workforce development, innovation and improving the efficiency of agricultural enterprises.

For exhibitors, the business programme provides an opportunity to demonstrate expertise, present case studies and practical solutions, and engage directly with a qualified professional audience.
Speaking opportunities help companies strengthen their expert positioning, support brand visibility and build direct relationships with agricultural producers, processors, investors, distributors and other industry stakeholders.

Companies are invited to submit speaker applications and programme proposals for AGRAVIA 2027.

AGRAVIA Best Product Competition: Independent Expert Evaluation and Industry Recognition

The AGRAVIA Best Product Competition provides independent expert evaluation and industry recognition for agricultural products, technologies and solutions. In 2026, the organising committee received around 160 applications, and an independent jury of agricultural industry experts and representatives of the scientific community selected 35 winners.
In 2027, the competition includes 14 categories covering AGRAVIA’s key sectors — from crop production and animal health to agricultural machinery, feed and processing technologies.

Innovative start-ups and digital solutions are also represented through the iAGRI Innovation Award, which recognises technologies with a high degree of innovation and practical potential for modern agriculture.

For exhibitors, participation in the competition provides an opportunity to receive independent expert feedback, strengthen product credibility and attract additional attention from agricultural producers, agribusiness executives and industry specialists.

The competition also gives companies an additional platform to present their products and technologies within the professional AGRAVIA audience.

Participation is free of charge for AGRAVIA 2027 exhibitors. Applications are open until 30 September 2026.

AGRAVIA and iAGRI: Two Co-Located Trade Fairs, One Venue
