The Operator’s highest priority is to respect and protect individuals’ rights and freedoms during the processing of their personal data, including the right to privacy and the protection of private and family life. 7. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Before transferring personal data cross-border, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country provides reliable protection of data subjects’ rights;
If the foreign country does not ensure such protection, transfer is allowed only with the User’s written consent or as required to execute a contract.

Changes to this Policy will be reflected in the document. It is valid until replaced with a newer version;
