Privacy Policy on Personal Data Processing
1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy is drafted in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, and defines the procedures and security measures for the processing of personal data by LLC “Agros Expo Group” (hereinafter referred to as the Operator). The Operator’s highest priority is to respect and protect individuals’ rights and freedoms during the processing of their personal data, including the right to privacy and the protection of private and family life. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://agravia.org/.

2. Key Terms
  • Automated processing – the processing of personal data using computing equipment;
  • Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify the data);

  • Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a particular person or group;
  • Disclosure of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified group (e.g., publication in media, placement in telecom networks);
  • Cross-border transfer – transfer of personal data to foreign territory, government, or foreign legal or natural persons;
  • Destruction of personal data – irreversible actions resulting in the complete destruction of personal data or its physical carriers.

3. Categories of Personal Data Collected
The Operator processes the following personal data with the User’s consent:
  • Full name;
  • Email address;
  • Home or registration address;
  • Contact phone number;
  • Company name;
  • Job title;
  • Photos;
  • Education, profession, specialty, and qualifications;
  • Also collected and processed: anonymized visitor data (including cookies) via internet analytics services.

4. Purposes of Data Processing
  • Storing the obtained personal data;
  • Conducting email and SMS mailings;
  • Telephone notifications and surveys;
  • Handling payments;
  • Sending notifications about products, services, special offers, and events (withdrawal of consent is possible by emailing info@agros-expo.com with the subject "Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers");
  • Using anonymized data to gather analytics on user actions, improve website quality and content.

5. Legal Basis for Processing
  • Personal data is processed only if the User fills out and/or submits a form independently on the website. By submitting data, the User consents to this Policy;
  • Anonymized data is processed only if permitted by the user’s browser settings (cookies enabled, JavaScript allowed).

6. Procedures for Data Collection, Storage, Transfer, etc.
  • The Operator ensures data security by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures to fully comply with relevant legislation;
  • Personal data may be transferred to the following third parties: LLC “Yandex”, LLC “Unisender Rus”, LLC “Expodat”;
  • If inaccuracies are detected, the User can update their personal data by emailing info@agros-expo.com with the subject “Update Personal Data”;
  • Data processing is indefinite. The User can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@agros-expo.com with the subject “Withdrawal of Consent on Personal Data Processing”.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfer
  • Before transferring personal data cross-border, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country provides reliable protection of data subjects’ rights;
  • If the foreign country does not ensure such protection, transfer is allowed only with the User’s written consent or as required to execute a contract.

8. Final Provisions
  • Users can request any clarifications by contacting the Operator via email info@agros-expo.com;
  • Changes to this Policy will be reflected in the document. It is valid until replaced with a newer version;
  • The current version is publicly available at https://agravia.org/policy_en.
