THE NEW MEETING SCHEDULING SERVICE FOR AGRAVIA 2026 EXHIBITION

This year, the AGRAVIA exhibition meeting scheduling system allows you to efficiently plan your business contacts through three key formats:

EMBASSY HOUR
BORDERLESS NETWORKING
COMPETENCE CENTER (SCHEDULED MEETINGS AREA)

Follow the simple steps below to quickly schedule a meeting
and get the most out of your participation

Register for the exhibition if you haven't already:
https://agravia.org/en/#mainregen

Upon completing registration, you will receive your badge, LOGIN, and PASSWORD via email:

For accessing the mobile app or Telegram bot (if using a mobile phone).
For accessing the exhibition web catalog catalog.agravia.org/en/agravia-main.html (if using a personal computer or laptop)

Enter the login and password (received by email after registration) into:

The mobile app,
The Telegram bot, or
The web version.

Can't find your login/password? Use the "Forgot Password?" function!

After logging into your visitor account:

In the app and Telegram bot – go to the "Schedule a Meeting" menu item.
In the web version – click "Online Catalog" in the top right corner

You will then have access to the following sections:

EMBASSY HOUR (for business meetings with Ambassadors, Advisors, Attachés, and other embassy representatives).
BORDERLESS NETWORKING (for establishing contacts with leading international associations and organizations in the agro-industrial complex).
COMPETENCE CENTER / SCHEDULED MEETINGS AREA (for meetings with specialists and receiving professional consultations on various agribusiness development areas: financial support, use of federal information systems, and many other important topics)

In each section, you can select a representative you are interested in and schedule a meeting in an available time slot. Be sure to wait for the representative's meeting confirmation.

Once the meeting is confirmed by the organization's representative, come to the designated zone at the scheduled time and conduct your meeting

Meetings in the EMBASSY HOUR and BORDERLESS NETWORKING formats are held at the special International Visitors Lounge (Hall 13, Stand 13-E70)

Meetings in the SCHEDULED MEETINGS AREA format are held at the special COMPETENCE CENTER (Hall 14, Stand 14-F80)
